Green's Island Camp is a wilderness retreat on a 400-acre island in Penobscot Bay, Maine. Located on the southwest side of Green's Island, the camp is remarkably private. The 100-acre property contains almost 2 miles of shoreline, and is protected by a conservation easement. Dramatic granite rock formations, a dozen varied beaches, and deep spruce forests are yours to explore. Staying on a Maine island is a special experience, and many of our guests find that the unspoiled surroundings and simple lifestyle promote reflection and a reconnection to nature. With 100 acres of forest and shore to roam, you won't see other people unless you wish. It's like having a Maine island to yourself. You can kayak along the secluded shore, hike for hours along wooded trails, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful views across Penobscot Bay.
